Packed in 6 x 120ml airtight, light resistant, re-sealable & recyclable bags that allow some of the petals to be used while the remainder can be stored in a cool place for future use – The bags are wrapped in tissue paper and sent in a letter box parcel making an ideal gift.

This kit contains:

Harrissa Spice Blend – This is a tasty, hot and spicy blend of sea salt, cumin, mint, garlic, caraway, coriander, crushed chilli & chilli powder. Perfect for adding heat and flavour to all kinds of dishes.

Ras El Hanout Spice Blend – This is a spicy and fragrant blend of dried rose petals, allspice, black pepper, coriander, mace, paprika, cardamom, cloves, ginger, nutmeg, turmeric and chilli powder. Perfect for adding a unique, aromatic flavour to a variety of dishes.

Mint – Another great accompaniment for lamb, curries, casseroles and stews. Or quite simply infuse with hot water to create a cleansing, refreshing and soothing tea.

Lavender – Edible lavender makes the perfect accompaniment for lamb and works well with rosemary and mint too.

Red Rose Petals – For a beautiful touch of elegance to any dish, sweet or savoury.

Pink Rose Buds – Add a subtle rose flavour to cooking, especially slow cooked meals like casseroles and stews. Alternatively infuse with hot water to create an aromatic tea.
