They can also be mixed into warm milk for a gentle naturally flavoured bedtime drink and make perfect, coloured pancakes for all to enjoy.

Butterfly Blue Pea Flower Powder

This fascinating powder is such fun to work with. When used in baking it turns your mixture blue! There are no chemicals or preservatives, it is simply powdered butterfly blue pea flower. Mix with a little liquid to release the beautiful blue colouring.

Hibiscus Sabdarifa Powder

This has a naturally tart berry flavour and is ruby red in colour. It is suitable for adding to smoothies, fruit juice, cocktails and teas.

Due to the vibrant colour of this powder, it can be used as a natural food colourant and looks wonderful in cakes, icing and melted chocolate.

This powder is very light and does not need to be substituted for flour when baking.

Vintage Pink Rose Powder

Rose Petal Powder has a light aroma and adds a very subtle rose flavour to cooking and baking. Most commonly, used in European, Middle Eastern & North African cuisines but can more be used in cake and biscuit baking too.

The Rose powders need to be substituted for some of the flour when baking you may even need to add a little extra liquid as it makes quite a thick batter.

Red Rose Powder

Deeper in colour than the pink powder with a similar rose flavour also perfect to use in your cooking and baking.

Lemon Peel Powder

Powdered lemon peel adds a very subtle natural flavour to a variety of baked goods, cakes, biscuit’s and scones. Also perfect for adding a natural flavour to icing too.

The Lemon Peel Powder needs to be substituted for some of the flour in your recipe.

Orange Peel Powder

Powdered orange peel adds a unique natural flavour to all, of your baked and culinary creations.
