Our vibrant Blue Cornflower is perfect for garnishing food or cake decoration . Edible cornflower petals are used in a variety of dishes both savoury and sweet. They are also perfect for garnishing plates. Cornflower petals are often used for baking and add the wow factor when used for cake decoration.

Packed in recyclable and resealable bags, wrapped in tissue paper and placed into cardboard boxes ready for delivery. Smaller quantities are in letterbox sized parcels.

Cocktails – Try adding a sprinkle of petals to your gin and tonic or cocktails. Perfect for a summer wedding.

These petals can be infused with hot water, they are also suitable for consumption. This is a food grade product suitable for consumption, infusion and decoration purposes.
